By purchasing services from MDesignHub, you agree to the following terms.
MDesignHub provides digital services including website development, lead generation systems, communication systems, automation direction, and ongoing monthly management.
Services provided by MDesignHub are based on the package selected by the client. Features, deliverables, timelines, revisions, integrations, and ongoing support may vary depending on whether the client selects Launch, Growth, Authority, or a custom service package.
All setup fees are one-time payments and are non-refundable once work has begun.
Monthly services continue until canceled. Clients may cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancellation does not automatically include transfer, export, redesign, or migration of website files unless agreed upon separately. No partial refunds are provided for active billing periods.
Reasonable revisions may be included during the setup process depending on the selected package. Additional revisions, redesigns, new pages, new features, or major changes outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials, information, approvals, and access in a timely manner. Delays in client response may impact delivery timelines.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all business information, service claims, licensing details, testimonials, pricing, photos, and legal statements provided to MDesignHub are accurate and approved for public use.
MDesignHub may manage website hosting, deployment infrastructure, forms, communication tools, and connected third-party services on behalf of the client as part of the selected service package. Clients retain ownership of their business assets, branding, and content, while MDesignHub manages the technical infrastructure unless otherwise agreed in writing.
MDesignHub may use third-party platforms such as hosting providers, form tools, payment processors, CRM systems, automation tools, analytics tools, or communication platforms to deliver services. MDesignHub is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Failure to pay setup fees, monthly fees, or approved additional charges may result in paused work, suspended support, or temporary suspension of active services until payment is resolved.
MDesignHub is not responsible for business performance, revenue outcomes, or external factors affecting lead generation results.
All deliverables remain the intellectual property of MDesignHub until full payment is completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if these terms are violated.
MDesignHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
